TERMS OF SERVICE

general
- Clients must be 18+
- Clients may not resell the art pieces for profit
- Clients may not claim my art and work as their own work—requirements
- A character reference sheet is required to give an accurate quote.
- Extra may be charged in cases where a reference sheet is not available or when art needs to be redone where markings are not clear.
- A text description is acceptable but may be subject to an extra charge—payment & refunds
- All prices are in usd,
- On items under $100 I require payment in full before work is started on a project
- On items over $100 I require half payment up front and a payment plan can be agreed upon after that.
- Prices on the price page are all approximate starting costs and may change based on anything that would cause extra time or materials to create.
- Any and all refunds are subject to the artist's digression. This includes cancelations.
- Please keep in mind that I do not always work in order of projects received, and may be slow to start or work on your item.
—edits & additions
- Edits to your order may be subject to an extra cost if the addition or change takes more time or materials.
- Please voice your addition or edit as soon as possible. If the artist has not started on your order, there is a good chance that there will be minimal cost added to your order.
- Work in Progress shots may be given off and on as progress is made, such as after the sketch and line art stages.—

commissioner rights
- The rights to recreate and sell merch of the art you receive must be discussed and agreed upon before a quote is given. If this has not been stated otherwise the client does not have the right to profit off the sales of merchandise created with the images purchased.—
communication
- I am available many hours of the day to give quotes or information about existing orders.
- Please do not contact me more often than every 2 weeks for an update on your order. I have already stated that I am not a fast worker.
- The exception to this is when you need to make changes or have a concern that may be important to the outcome of your order.
- I also would like to say that I do my best to stay professional with clients. If things become hostile and I no longer think I will be able to work with you as a client, I may cancel your order.
